Problem USING EXIT_SAPLCMAT_001 with TA CFM2

Hi SAP Experts,

I'm facing a problem with exit EXIT_SAPLCMAT_001 when using transaction CFM2. If I change the material the changes done by the exit are passed to the SAP APO system but if we activate material cif through transaction CFM2 the changes are not passed to the SAP APO system. Thanks and BR.

I'm trying to change the field fxhor of table IT_MARC.

Hi Mauricio - Check 2 things:

1) is the material you are testing with in any active integration model before you activate in CFM2? This will insure

that initial data transfer is occuring

2) is your logic conditional based on ciftrigger?

Thanks for your inputs. Actually I was first of all deactivating the only one existing IM for the material and them activating it. Regarding the logic conditional I'm not sure about it, how can I check?

Hi

You have to change a field in the material that will create a change pointer under message type CIFMAT (BD52). Only fields included under this message type are relevant fields . If you trigger a change in a field of the material, that is not included in CIFMAT message type and CIF the material then it is not going to work .
