We have an issue where users fill in the form (Logon ID, Last Name, First Name, E-Mail) then clicks Submit... but nothing happens. We have verified that the user filled in the correct information.
If the user fills up the form with the wrong information, he gets an error message: "User information incorrect. Cannot send e-mail with new password."
If the user fills up the form with the correct information, nothing happens.
What could possibly be causing this?
Is there any way to get the source code for the Portal reset password function?

i think you have to configure the mail server and mail address at the ume configuration.
