st03n - Time_profile data shows single entry only

Hi,

In tcode st03n, the timeProfile shows a single entry ie., 15-16 hours only. But some times(undefined), it shows full data for today.

This problem arises after applying 910897. Before that there was no issues.

Thanks for the reply,

I have checked the note926290 , in myserver, CL000 is Canada and CL300 is Japan, and OS timezone is japan and hence the collector job is scheduled from 300(jap) client. hence there shouldn't be any issues in that.

Also, since after applying the note 910897, the problem came, before that there is no issues corresponding to the timezone.

Is there any other reasons for this issue?

Hi,

Just try the following..

Go to SA38 or se38

Run report SWNC_CONFIG_TIMEPROFILE

under parameter select , Display current configuration , Check this configuration.

Ya, This is the first step I have checked after changing the Time profile to "'Calculate all hours separately'".

The configuration matched my need.
