Personalized Lists in F4

Hi All,

I have a requirement define the personal lists for F4 serch helps and share them accross a sub-set of users. Is there a way of doing it?

Hi Deepal,

As far as i am aware of this is not a standard feature. This can be achieved by using search help exit and controlling the display of the items based on authorizations or any custom logic developed.

Hi

Personal lists are user specific and it cannot be shared to a subset of users.
