Update price - Inactive in condition tab

Hi,

We are facing an issue wherein the "Update pricing" Button is inactive on the Debit line item(second line) of the Invoice Correction Sale order type.

It is also observed that all the existing condition types on this debit line becomes non editable and also we are not able to add new condition types.

If you could suggest on what scenario could trigger such a behaviour it will be highly helpful.

Please check if there is any subsequent document created for the second line item through document flow.

There is no preceding document. This is a new "Invoice Correction Sale order".

Hi,

In copy control for items in VTAF, check for your item category what is the setting under pricing type. If it is 'E', it wont allow you to update pricing. Pl change it to 'B', 'C' or 'D' based on your requirement and check again.

M is a proper condition for this purpose. Pl have a look on SAP note 1463852 and try after implemeting it.
