RCA: E2E Change Analsyis no data reported for Ecc system

Hi ,

I have setup the RCA in solution manager (Ehp1 SP 26) for my ECC System. i can see data in Workload, Trace and Exception analsyis , but no data is shown in Change Analysis. I am getting the below message when clicked on Change analsyis button

E2E Change Analysis: Currently nothing to display for selected technical system(s)

No changes found for techncial system D01 0820055846 ABAP

I have cheked the status for E2E_CCDB_TO_CUBE Extractor in Extractor Framework Administration for my ECC system a, the status is "ACTIVE" and "LOGGING" is turned on. can any one help on finding the issue

Hi,

Any authorisation issue, did you check in su53 for the missing auth?

have you installed SMD? and done all the managed system config over there?

Have you checked the latest correction note for RCA [Note 1259109 - Latest version of configuration file for E2E CA, EA, WA|https://websmp230.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/sapnotes/index2.htm?numm=1259109]

I have SAP_ALL in Solman system

yes SMD is installed and finished managed system configuration and as i said , we are getting the data for Work load, Trace, and Exception analysis, so the SMD should be working fine ? also i have configured solman system itself as managed system for monitoring it as part of RCA, for which i can see the change analysis. i am not getting the change analysis for ECC system

Hi,

Could you try giving a wider range for time period for change analysis?

Sometimes, there might not be any data for a period and no data overall as well.
