MDN not Delivered

Hi All,

I am using an AS2 sender adapter to receive messages from one of our partners. The AS2 message is signed and encrypted and sends a synchronous signed MDN back to the partner.

I am able to receive the AS2 message, Decrypt it, and read it and successfuly process it on my server. In return the synchronous MDN is signed by our private key and sent to the partner. The partner has already been provided the public key of our certificate to read the MDN. But the problem is the partner is not receiving the MDN.

From the application log I can see the message that the synchronous signed MDN is sent, What might be the problem that the partner is not receiving it? Any ideas on where the issue might be,.

Any pointers? The scenario is As2 - to - Proxy Scenario.

Hi Rashmi,

Do you have any other outbound working scenario to the same partner, because in most of the cases Firewall is not enabled

Please check your firewall setting for MDN.
