Message is locked by user XIUSER

Hi experts,

in ECC SXMB_MONI I have a message in green flag status (scheduled), with no queue associated (I have deleted the associated queue after a sysfail error).

Now when I try to restart the message this message appears:

"Message is locked by user XIUSER"

What can I do to restart the message?
