IB -> 500 Internal Server Error

Hi,

All

when I am trying SXMB_IFR to open IB it is giving error like this

Exception

An internal error occurred. Contact you XI administrator

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError

In Visuval admin we found some deactivated services

sap.com/tc_/mWebadmin*

We have activated all Webadmin*

and our is JRE 1.4.2 higher

and

when we tring to clear the cache folder of java Web Start->preferences->Advanced->Clear Folder (But cleare folder is not in activate mode)

to download the jar files .

plz give us suggistions

whats you actual SP level? Have you applied SDM patches? Is it new install?

our SP Level 16

we did not applied SDM patches

and this is not a new installation.

Did you try thru Browser ? by giving IP address and J2EE port ?

Kumar,

Your issue can be resolved if you go through the service note: <b>807000</b>. There they have given step by step procedure of how to resolve the issue.
