Default domain for SAP SRM system

Hi all,

We are working on SRM 5.0 system SP12.

We are configuring the inbound email settings in our system so that the outside emails(from our company outlook mail server) can be routed to our SAP SRM system.

One of the settings in transaction SCOT require to mentione the default domain for the SAP system under SETTINGS-->DEFAULT DOMAIN.

Is there any wa I can know in the system what should be the deafult domain for the SAP SRM system?

Is this activity performed by BASIS or SECURITY??

that should be the domain name of your company. for e.g abc.com. Anyone can do this task who is authorized for SCOT and does have idea how to configure this.
