Hello!
Can you say which printer settings you use for that printer in SPAD?
That printer not PCL and not PS printer. It is GDI printer.
I have same trouble and can`t find solution for that.
Can you explain options in SPAD for that printer?
Thanks and best regards!

Hi ,
It means your printer configuration settings are ok. Now you need to check on perticular machine : -
First you should check the SAP GUI , might be some .DLL files are missing for this machine, which is related to OS.
So try to reinstall the SAP GUI 720 and check.
After that you need to check the compatibility with OS and your printer.
Please let me know if any other information is required.

I tried printing from another comuter and I am able to print. So it should be prob with OS in my system and SAP. Can you help.
Rason could be - Your machine is not able to connect to printer
Your machine has different OS
Your machine has corrupted file of SAP GUI
Your are using different output devices on both the machies
As a initial troubleshoot work, just re-install SAP GUI with latest patchset available and test.

Nick Loy
