Hello Guru's
1.) In my company we have priority option in service desk and we want to implement severity option also along with exist one.
Can any one guide me how to go abt it?
2.) when a report is generated using CRM_DNO_MONITOR. the ticket description field(history) consist only 24 characters ..how do i increase it ..to make it more meaningful
