In sxmb_moni status of the message is systom error-Restart not possible

Hi,

I am getting error as System Restart Not possible in SXMB_MONI when sending data from one system to another system in Synchronous mode, QOS is BE.Here i am unable to trace the error in payload.

Can anyone please suggest me how to resolve.

Please see the trace in SXMB_MONI to find the Exact error

Is Your receiver adapter SOAP?

In case synchonus message restart is not possible.

it is a soap adapter,but i am unable to trace the error?under trace i found some xml code?when i double click the message directly it opens same xml code which i found under trace?

Hi Anil,

then please check your coomunication channel monitoring in RWB

In receiver SOAP channel in RWB check the message Audit log for error details.

there will be an Error node under Header section of the Pipeline steps.....did you check this portion for error information?

since it is a SYNC message you wont able to re-process the message in PI.
