Getting Error SubmitRequest webservice in GRC 5.3 SP9

Hi,

We are trying to execute the SAPGRC_AC_IDM_SUBMITREQUEST from SAP GRC 5.3 SP9 Web service navigator. But we are getting error:

An error has occurred. Maybe the request is not accepted by the server:

Cannot find java method with name getSubmitRequest and param-number 1 in object com.virsa.ae.ejb.submitrequest.SubmitRequestEJB_Stub@2db48b5f.

We recently upgraded our SAP GRC SP7 to SP9. After upgrade, we are getting above error. Otherwise it was working fine.

Please let us know what could be the reason.

Hi,

Did you check the Java variables. Are they fine in your GRC server.
