SRM - Delete confirmation

Hi all,

we have a problem in SAP SRM WEB (SP9) about the corfimation. We want to delete the confirmation but the button "delete" is disable and we can't execute the cancellation.

Could you help me, please?

Hi all,

we have verified that the confirmation associated to an order with Item category "Materials" don't have problems (button delete is active).

Instead the confirmation associated to an order with Item category "Service" have button "delete" disable.

Hi Valem,

SAP SRM does not support the delete or return of service confirmations as there is a restriction in the R/3 function module. In order to delete or return services, you must delete the service entry sheet in R/3.

Hi,

Regarding Confirmation Deletion, if Invoice has been created u cannot delet the confirmation.

So if u have accepted the confirmation that it would be difficult to delet the confirmation.

Check also if there is no workflow issue following your confirmation creation.

Depending on your scenario, please check the following points :

1- status of your confirmation (header)

if "error in transfer" or any "error" status...

2- If invoice is created, you cannot delete the confirmation.

Hi all,

the status of confirmation is "ordered" and the transfer to back-end system is ok. There is no invoice and no workflow issue.

Do the user have a standard role ?

Did you check the authorization in PFCG for your user role ?
