Restrict Ibase entries to my own for create supportmessage in solman

Hi All,

is there a possibility to restrict the entries for the IBASE search when I create a new support message with transaction NOTIF_CREATE.

In transaction BP I have insert all Ibase entries the user need (CRM001), but it does not work for search with F4. I got always all Systems with all clients.

To delete some of these entries is no solution because I need this entries for other functionality in the Solution Manager.

Is there a pssibility with a special index? When Yes - how can I implement it.

Hi,

have you tried with Auth Object B_NOTIF_IB?

Hi Jans,

yes I now this authorization object, but all our system are in the same Ibase. In transaction BP I maintaine in the tab "Identification" the ID Type CRM001 with all System a user needs. So it will be fine if I can use this information for the search in transaction notif_create..
