CIF reconciliation error 189 for quantity difference

Hi Friends,

I have a situation here where CIF delta report 3 returns with error 189 (quqntity difference between R./3 and APO), whereas; actually no difference is observed on order quantity between R/3 and APO. The error listed in the CIF delta report 3 result can be reconciled without any problem through iterations. Our APO application release is 5.1 with SP 08. This error is found for some of the PR generated, mostly with intercompany plants with expernal procurement relationship through purchase inforecords. Any clue on how to get rid of these false errors?

Hi Ian,

Thank you for the quick response. This note may not be applicable here as the reconciliation is for the published purchase requisitions between systems. Actually the difference is not observed between systems though the CIF delta report 3 shows the error 189.
