Conversion of a finished product in a different one

Hello,

How to deal from a sales order the conversion of a finished product in a different one? We have sales orders for finished product (our core business), and also repair and technical assistance (for these finished product) by running a CS order, but how to manage in sap conversion products?

Hi,

The problem is how to manage this from the sale when the machine is on the client and send it to us for conversion. How to deal with this by an order?

Regarding the movement of stock, the problem is that the profile of the serial number associated with the two materials is not the same and so does the range of serial numbers associated with it.
