Kernal Error

Dear all,

After upgrading the kernal version from 111 to 185 it will show the new kernal version as 185.but the problem is iam not able to run the command(brtools,dpmon....) from command prompt.it will gives the error as "XXXXX is not recognize as an internal/external commands operable program/batch file".

XXXX---brtools,dpmon

Check your PATH variable, whether it has the kernel path or not?

Switch to your kernel directory and execute brtools, if it worked then add the path to system env variable (PATH).

Hi,

Have you uncar both exe and exedb file ? Is this Unix or window ? If unix, run saproot.sh command.

hi sunny,

both exe and exedb files uncared and apply the extracted files ,iam using windows operating system.
