configuration client for customizing

Can you tell me ios there any specific client for configuration or customization, because when i go to SPRO , I am not authorised to use for so many transaction. plz tell me how can i make my own practice in speo.

2nd query.

I want to practice in SRM as well , how can i use SRM portal to make practice as per SRM standards books. as I have been given the following system

Hi Junaid,

Please refer to what I've said in the forum posting below regarding authorizations:

The ES Workplace systems are not meant to be a sandbox environment. You will either need access to a system at the customer site that you work or look for trial versions of what you're looking for (I'm not sure if there are any related to SRM though).
