Dear Gurus

I have marked BPs for archiving using Bupa_pre_da and have not yet archived them with Sara and wish to restrict the selection of these BPs when I am using the search functionality. I want these BPs not to be displayed when I do a search is there a way that I can use without me archiving them

Hi,

If you have created business partner by mistake and wish not to be in system, then you can use transaction BUPADELE.

Please ensure you do not have contract accounts and other dependent data. It will delete business partner from system - so be careful.

If you want to delete, i belive you can follow the what Avinash suggested.

If you just want to leave it marked as deleted & restrict it from being displayed while doing a search help then you would have to enhance the search help exit for the serach help BUPA (if at all very necesary to do )
