RFC Creation Error

Hi,

While creating RFC's between solution manager and managed system via SMSY, RFC are generating with error but communication user SM_<SID> is not getting created. so Now I am creating Read RFC manually. Can any one please help me which roles and profile should I assigned to user SM_<SID>.

Hi,

1. You need the following authorization objects to be assigned to communication user...

S_RFC_ADM for Administration for RFC Destination

S_RFC for Authorization Check for RFC Access

S_RFCACL for Authorization Check for RFC User

2. Goto Tcode SMSY --> Select your system then --> Clients --> Select Neme of the client you want to create RFC from solution manager system to ur satellite system, click on Generate RFC Destinations then provide all your RFC information

or Use Generate RFC with Assistant option (Wizard based)

Hello,

Pretty sure all you need are the following authorization objects:

S_RFC for [Authorization Check for RFC Access]

S_RFCACL for [Authorization Check f RFC User (for Example, Trusted System)]

S_RFC_ADM for [Administration for RFC Destination]
