Dear All,
I have one PRD system 4.7 Version i have some errors on this prd system so i'm planing to do DB refresh so i took one more system (system name SAN) and installed same os and java and Oracle software and i complied Central instance installation only, i take the copy of DB instance in prd system and copy to SAN system now i want to create oracle services and give the permission to init file and control files but i dont know the further procedure pls help me for this..
