Satellite System not showing up

Hello CCMS Gurus,

I am trying to include satellite system in RZ20 screen of my solution manager. There are a couple of satellite systems to be included in the RZ20.

Some are showing up while others are not showing up.

Can anyone help in troubleshooting.

Hi,

Check the ccmsping agent running or not, did u configured tha availablity monitroing fine?
