for example : when i create sales order with document date 01.01.2010 but created on 16.01.2010 .. and the material type is services material not tangible material .and put one material (one item ) .. the issue: when i save this sales order and check it again .. see by default the system create schedule line for two items .
In schedule line, 2 line item for one material means, system is doing forward scheduling ( availability check).
because material is not available on required delivery date.

The reason an Item is split into two schedule lines is because on the requested delivery date there is a shortage of stock. Therefore in the 1st schedule line the confirmed quantity would be either zero or less than the order quantity given in the line item.
The second schedule line will give the future date based on when the stock would be availabe and the 2nd schedule line shows confirmed quantity. The date would be calculated based on the Inhouse production time, GI time and GR times maintained in MRP views of material master.

i mean that the system put two lines at schedule line tab by item view ... but i create this sales order with one material without any schedule line

Please confirm what you mean by System creates Schedule Line for 2 items? There are to line items of the same meterial or two schedule lines?
Pleae take a look at Standard Service item category TAD under vov7.

Pls check ur item category determination, because as per my knowledge service Item does not have a any schedule line data. Check ur Item category in VOV7 whether it allow for delivery if so then pls remove that tick and process.
