Hi All
Hi all
Is there any way to export lookup values for all the lookup tables of a repository and Hierarchy values of a repository at one time(without using syndicator). Please let me know.
Regards
Aruna
Hey Aruna,
Exporting of LUT into Excel is possible using MDM Data Manager but one by one, only. MDM does not provide functionality to export all the LUT in a go.
You can achieve your requirement by designing a program using MDM Java API, but it may be a big development.

Yes you need to export LUT one by one using excel export feature of DM. I don't see any option which will allow you to export all LUT one time.

Hi Aruna
This is not possible using standard MDM feature- Syndication or Data manager export.
You can use a SQL view or connect directly to DB and export all the lookup tables as workaround.

Hello Aruna
You can do it From Data manager but not all LUT's by one pass.
Select LUT do export, select another one - do export.
For regular export Syndicator is better solution.

Hi Aruna,
Apart from syndicator, data can be Exported out in excel format from all the lookups through Data Manager.
You just have to select the table and export the data to excel selecting fileds which you want to syndicate.
Another way can be using Java/.Net APIs to extract the data.
