ChaRM Question - Upgrade project maintenance cycle

Hi There,

I have created and tested Implementation project for ChaRM. When I

create an Upgrade project,I do not see the status that was available in

Implementation project:

Status

-

---

01 - Open

02 - In progress

03 - Finished

04 - Not relevant

The status I get is:

Status

-

---

02 - In progress

03 - Finished

04 - Not relevant

SAP0NEW - New

SAP0PLAN - Planned

SAP0STOP - Stopped.

When I create maintenanace cycle and task list, the project status

still remains as "NEW" and not "OPEN", I am not presented with option to select the maintenance cycle that is created for Upgrade project after I create a change request. Is this the standard behaviour? I am on Solution Manager 7.0 Ehp1 SP26

you can add whatever statuses you want to a project on the project standards tab > status values tab.

Thanks Jason,

System does not allow me to update Status other then the one that are available. This prevents me from creating a change request based on a upgrade ChaRM project.

Nischal,

yes you can only assign the ones that are available (assigned to your project). My directions were to add more statuses to the list of available statuses.
