Hi guys,
Could someone pls explain the differences in terms WAS, NetWeaver and Enterprise? If they all represent different SAP systems(versions/technologies), then, what do these systems represent and constitute of?
I hope those in the know can help me.
Thanks in advance, Rahul
Hello Rahul,
I wrote a little weblog for defining NetWeaver a while back. You can find it here:

SAP Web Application Server (WAS) is part of NetWeaver and the base of all programs running. With Enterprise you might mean one of our ERP packages. This is running on top of NetWeaver.

Benny
