Bulk Cancellation of Deliveries

Dear Experts,

I have created two sales order and against which I have done nearly 550 deliveries. I want to reverse all deliveries (which I can do thorugh Vl09) but how to cancel all deliveries in one t code i.e all the delveried quantity i have delivered i have to reverse

What is the problem about VL09? You can select several deliveries at once and carry out the cancellation for them at once.

What else do you need?

The problem is I can reverse the goods movement in VL09 but even after reversing the delivery if i go to vl02n and check for the delivery delivered quantity and picked quantity willnot be updated.

ie. after reversal delivered quantity and picked quantity should be zero.

how to resolve this. thanks

Cancellation of PGI means that the GI will be cancelled only.

To change the picking, delivery quantity, etc is not cancellation but modification.

As per my best knowledge, there's no standard transaction for this (to do it in mass) - so, you have to solve it own your own e.g. you use LSMW or write your own ABAP program, etc.

(in WM you can cancel picking in mass with LT0G)
