WD AGS_WORK_INCIDENT_MAN without option to replay

Hi.

I trying to use WD AGS_WORK_INCIDENT_MAN, but the u201Creplayu201D and u201Cconfirmu201D options does not appears. Anyone know how to configure it? I have u201Csap_allu201D authorization. i am testing this service from trx SICF.

You are using the Incident Management work center in the SAP Solution Manager. When you navigate to the "Messages" view or "Queries" view, you can see 3 action buttons in the details area:

1. Reply

2. Add attachment

3. Confirm

You upgrade to SAP Solution Manager 7.0 SP23 or SP24. When you log on as a key user (end user), you can still see action buttons. But when you logon as a processor, you cannot see those action buttons.

The note 1502438 is implemented, but table AGS_WORK_CUSTOM was empty. Y filled with parameter according to note, and when I logon with a normal user, when select a message, system open a new WD y appears the 3 options. But with my user, when i select the message, only appears above the resume, but system doesn't open the new WD (from portal ivew). From transaction solman_workcenter, when I select a message, system open the gui Transaction, not the wd .
