Tank Storage Location

Hi,

We have one storage location, and several tanks assigned to the storage location. But one material can be stored in tank1 & tank2 within the same location. Tried to assign the material in tank1 and tank2 but the system will not allow me. How then can I structure the plant-sloc-tank?

Does it mean 1 Sloc = 1 tank = 1 material only?

Pls advise.

Hi Kahlel,

You can assign only the different segments of the material to various tanks (for example, a different stock type or batch).
