SAles Order Output by Email

Hello

I have configured a new Output type in NACE to send Sales Order Output by Email.

Text maintained in "Mail Title and Texts" is displayed in the subject of the mail and same is the name of pdf file in attahment.

I wish to have text for Subject different and pdf file name different.

Can you please suggest...

See 1465411 - Replacement of text symbols from table VBAK in transaction VA01 .

As in output messages for invoice (see Note 718017 - Replacement of text symbols in spool title/MAIL) you can create your own subroutine ZZ_TEXT_SYMBOL_REPLACE in inlcude MV45AFZZ and populate your own symbols here. After, set the subroutine ZZ_TEXT_SYMBOL_REPLACE instead TEXT_SYMBOL_REPLACE in V/30.

Hi,

First create the Output type for your document by Output Control.

For this new Output Type set medium as Simple mail and maintain a processing program for the same.

Above setting will help in resolving your issue.

Follow Below Steps:

1. Try to create one output type for sending mails use this menupath: IMG - SD- BASIC FUNCTIONS - OUTPUT CONTROL -

OUTPUT DETERMINATION - OUTPUT DETERMINATION

Using the condition Technique - OUTPUT DETERMINATION FOR SALES DOCUMENTS - MAINTAIN OUTPUT TYPES.

EX: OUTPUT TYPE - MAIL

Application - V1

Transmission Medium - 7 Simple Mail

Programmee - RSNASTSO

Form Routine - SAPOFFICE_AUFRUF_VX

2. Go Tcode: VA22

Click on Extra Tab - Click on Output - Header - Edit

Ex: Enter Outputtype - MAIL

Meduim - 7 Simple Mail

Function - SP

Partner - 'xyz'

Language - EN
