Unable to deploy Voice KIT and Runtime SCA

Hi Gurus,

I have installed the NetWeaver CE 7.1 SP5 version on my system and trying to configure the Voice for VC.

These are the 2 .SCA files that I downloaded from Marketplace

- VOICERT05_0-10005163.SCA

- VOICEVC05_0-10005162.SCA

When I try to deploy the same through JSPM, it fails to do so with the following message. I believe I downloaded the compatible files. Can someone help me on this please?

Hi Rekha,

Please download below compitable SCA from service market place and try to deploy it again.

VOICERT05_0-20002755.SCA SP05 for VOICE RUNTIME 7.11

VOICEVC05_0-20002754.SCA SP05 for VOICE KIT VISUAL COMPOSER 7.11

Software Download >> Support Package and Patches >> Browse our Download Catalog >>SAP NetWeaver and complementary products >> SAP NETWEAVER CE >> SAP EHP1 FOR SAP NW CE 7.1 >> Entry by Component >> from "VOICE KIT VISUAL COMPOSER 7.11"

And "VOICE RUNTIME 7.11"

Hi,

It allowed me to deploy the Voice KIT but I am still having issues with Voice Runtime. Even with Enh pack 7.11 it didnt do so.

I tried with the Voice runtime for 7.2 as well. No luck. It shows the same error message. Please let me know where I am going wrong. Thanks!

Hi Rekha,

Once you are deploying the Voice Runtime 7.11, first you need to remove or uninstall the existing Voice Runtime from the server. using JSPM or NWDS uninstall option. then try again the fresh deployemnt of the Voice Runtime 7.11 with NWDS or JSPM.

Voice Runtime 7.2 is not comapible for CE7.11, so there is no need to deploy on CE7.11.
