Inspection lot status UD LTCA ICCQ STUP and SPRQ

I don't know , how this inspection lot got cancelled ..We did the QA11and completed the usage decision ..posting document created ..but the stock is in Quality..this inspection lot appearing in QVM2 , but it cannot be cleared by the status showing as inspection lot cancelled ( LTCA ) and still quantity posting required ( SPRQ) , How can we clear this stock ?

Have a look on SAP Note 48815 - Checking possible inconsistencies between QM and MM.
