one output type
lets say billing output type Rd00
can we attach 2 forms to one output type.
for example proforma invoice output type -form and regular order invoice - form attached to the same output type RD00.
i know practically doesnt happen. but technically is it possible. ??
in NACE Tcode , if we look in the output types, under Proccessing and Routines why are there 2 columns for forms( Forms+ Smartforms)
how can we attach 2 forms in one output type.??

Hi

The most common requirement is to maintain different forms for different languages (eg: French and English) when the customer has choice of opting for the language in which the invoice output is required. The programmers will handle this requirement in the print program for selecting the required sap script based on certain conditions like language maintained in the customer master or the Region in Customer master etc., in my example.
Thanks,
Ravi
