Tax amount and Total Amount(Gross) invisible in SC

Hi experts,

While creating the shopping cart screen, approval screen of sc, Tax Amount and Total Amount (Gross) invisible at the bottom of the Item overview table.Only total amount is visible.We have no tax calculation for our SRM but before patch upgrade these two values are visible.

Please guide how to proceed with this issue.

SRM Version : 7.0.sp09

Hi ,

Check the meta configuration for these fields.

These fields can be controlled from Meta configuration ..Configure Control for fields on Item level.

in spro,in path you specified I can see some Structure field names, where & how i need to check exactly for this tax amount.

Hi ,

I checked for these fields standard Meta configuration is already done.

Please check in the screen right click on the area of the fields and goto User settings and click on Invisible elements.

There is chance somebody will be hiden that fields.

try this.

I tried them before itself,there is no Tax amount filed & Total Amount (Gross)t filed to restore.
