Error when generating settlement rule

Hello all

When i tried generating the settlement rule for internal project(investment project) i ended up with error message"No settings applicable to strategy Y2 found".Please anyone help me regarding this.Should we determine strategy for settlement rule in customizing?????

check the strategy rule setting in spro and assign to project profile.

Hello,

Strategy Y2 is maintained in project profile.In determine strategy in customizing should i assign "cost centre" for account assignment.In my system it is showing ''profitability segment'' maintained.

Account Assignmnet Category should be based on your business requirement. You can use the cost centre if that is what is needed but make sure in the settlement profile it is permissible to settle to a cost centre.
