Service contract/Warranty

How Service contract and warranty interact in case they have been created for the save Equipment/reference object?

Hi Ram,

why the QM module?

I am in process of configuration CS module.

I assign a master warranty to equipment.

When you create a service contract the contract item contains the tecnical objects (the same equipment with warranty). Where I create the link EQUIPMENT/WARRANTY/SERVICE CONTRACT?

Hi,

You need to check the Warranty check box in your DIProfile. Tcode ODP1.

You need to have QM module implemented for it and also with the help of Serial number assigned to it.

The flow will be as follow

Contract --> Quality Notification -->

sales order --> Invoice.
