No of defects recorded to be automatically taken up in blocked stock field

Dear All,

For incoming inspection, we are recoding the defects found in QA11.

The no of defects recorded during incoming inspection (01 - lot origin) should be automatically taken up(shown) in "To Blocked Stock" while doing stock posting in QA11. So that there would not be any scope for error for user for posting quantity.

Please provide your valuable suggestions.

To the best of my knowledge you canu2019t do that!

Number of defects and defective quantity (Qty you want to post in Blocked stock) are different terminologies.

Number of defects can be more than the quantity you want to post in block stock.

For example, suppose you have only 1 quantity that you want to post to block stock; but it may have associated with many defects.

Thus number of defects (unit less figure) cannot be co related with any quantity.
