Ship to Party pop up not displaying while creating order via portal

Hi All ,

Currently I am working on enhancements of internal sales representative 1.4 . In tcode VA01 , when we enter sold to party , a pop up opened with multiple ship to party . User can select any one of them . But my problem is that when I create

order via portal , and enter sold to party , the selection pop for ship to party is not displayed as VA01 .

Could you please suggest is there any configuration or setting need to done on ECC or portal side to achieve same ?

Hi Dinesh

Please check the transaction iview and Ship to Party iview properties and look for whether popp allowed or not then modify accordingly.
