File transfer download PO confirmation

Dear all,

In our scenario we are trying to send the PO confirmation list as an attachment via Email to supplier from the File transfer download center . The CSV file is getting generated but system is giving error "Error when creating e-mail text (SENDER_BCS)" and "Access path for parameter selection not found".

Request to please let us know if we have missed out any settings?

Hi,

Check whether you have maintained E-Mail Text or not.

If it is not created then create:

Path:SPRO>Supply Network Collaboration->Tools->File Transfer->Setting Up E-Mail Texts--->Create E-Mail Texts

Say FTRDEFAULTATTACHED(EMAIL Text you have created) and FTRDEFAULTLINK

And assigned this profile to SAP default profile

Path:SPRO>Supply Network Collaboration->Tools->File Transfer->Setting Up E-Mail Texts--->Determine E-Mail Texts

Select SAP Default E-Mail Texts

Enter as below

Under SAP Default E-Mail Texts

E-Mail Text:FTRDEFAULTATTACHED

E-Mail Text:FTRDEFAULTLINK

save the setting.

Hi,

Check "Make Settings for Global Constants"

Path:SPRO->Supply Network Collaboration>Tools>File Transfer>Make Settings for Global Constants

Constant=Sender E-Mail

Value for Global Constant=NOREPLY@<CLientName>.com

Dear Nikhil,

Did the settings but the error still persist. Error "Access path for parameter selection not found" and "E-mail text FTRDEFAULTATTACHED does not exist".
