Closed WBS element is allowing to post documents

Hi,

Closed WBS element is allowing to post documents. Can we have any option to prevent this, closed WBS element should not allow for any kind of posting.

If any have idea please let me know.

Not sure why this is happening. But as a temporary solution you can set the status of the WBS to LKD. You can do it in CJ20N by going to Edit-Status-Lock-All. Try this and revert.

HI Prashant,

You can create "User Status" to control your postings business transactions.

Also check for the system status "Locked".

I think both the above option will serve your purpose.

Check BS23 whether someone has allowed posting under CLSD status.

Instead of going for User Status why don't you set the system status of the relevant WBS to LKD. This should definitely solve your purpose. If this does not work for some reasons you can then think of going for User status as mentioned in the earlier post.
