lock for proforma invoice

In STO proforma invoice if mandatory condition type is not maintained system should through error. Please suggest how can I configure the same?

Hi,

It will not be covered with standard configuration. In such case , you would have to refer the Form userexit_pricing_prepare_tkomp in RV60AFZZ.

Hope it will help you as it is applicable for Line Items so if Net Value is missing for any Line Item in the Invoice , system should not allow to save the Invoice.

Pls check & revert with the status.

You mean proforma invoice should not create?? in pricng procedure, if condition type is mandatory, then definatly give error message but system allwos to create invoice.

Yes in this case if madatory condition is not maintained still system is allowing to save with zero value invoice which is causing problem in excise invoice which is getting created with zero value......so I want to put the lock if mandatory condition is not maintained system should not allow to proceed and throw error...........
