There is no iView available for system SAP_SRM object conf

Hi,

While creating Return delivery from Employee Self service role POWL , i

am able to create delivery.

However while creating return delivery from Purchasing Role and POWL

queries i am getting an error "There is no iView available for system

"SAP_SRM" object "conf".

Also While creating return delivery from Central confirmation POWL , i

am also getting the same error:

"There is no iView available for system "SAP_SRM" object "conf".

Does anyone know the reason?
