Hi,

This happens while refereeing an invalid alias in a select statement.

Run catproc.sql script to fix this error.

Refer Note 662644 - Composite SAP Note: ORA-00942

Hello,

thanks for answering so quick - but have still one question belong to Note 582427 - I have done script catupgrd.sql immediately after the upgrade with dbua in STARTUP UPGRADE mode followed by script utlrp.sql in STARTUP NORAMAL mode - I could read in note 582427 that this script catupgrd.sql do the same for ORACLE >= 10.2 as the catproc.sql and catalog.sql for ORACLE DB 9i -

My question - where is the difference in running catproc.sql on my ORACLE >=10.2 and furthermore when running catproc.sql I have to rerun utlrp.sql again ??? cause of this

running catalog and catproc will make your packages/procedures invalid. You will have to recompile them.

Thanks for feedback

Thanks a lot - I have done your workaround and it fixes the problem -

first done catproc.sql and second done utlrp.sql being sure not having any invalid objekts in DB -

works perfect

thanks
