Hi,

Looks like a problem with resolution of hostname. Can you please check the hosts file or DNS to ensure that the hostname for the gateway server can be correctly resolved?

Hi Shitij,

I have below entry in my host file

192.168.1.210 ePlatform eplatform.dexler.com

I removed one by one and checked. But still facing the same error.

Do you have a DNS setup also or is it only the hosts file that is being used?

The error message you gave us says that it is unable to find the host. Can you ping the hostname from the server and see if that reaches correctly? Also, is it resolvingthe correct IP when you ping?

Regards,

Shitij

Solved.

Spoof the domain name in the host file.

Could you define what you mean by "spoof". Could you plaese provide the line in the hosts file which solved your problem? Was it just something like:

<IPADDR> <NAME-WITH-DOMAIN> <NAME-WITHOUT-DOMAIN>

Please advise
