Status UD ICCO PRII STUP shows that all inspections are completed

Look for the following

1. Check if you have not made the stock posting for any lot . " Quantity to be posted"

You can go to worklist for insp lot and the to Change layout icon on top " selected the option " quantity to be posted"

2. Check if you have activated the material in the material master in insp set up. incase you do not activate in insp set up then insp lot will not be created but during GR it can be posted to quality stock .

3. Check if the insp lot is starting with 08 , incase yes then your lot is created through mass change for insp set up ie : QA08

Hi Santosh,

1. The simplest way to check whether any inspection lot exists which contains quantity to be posted is, execute transaction QVM2.

2. Give suitable material code. Remove date and inspection lot origin restriction. Execute

3. If you find any lot there, go to usage decision and post the remaining quantity to unrestricted use.

If you donu2019t find nay inspection lot there, possibly no lot was generated. Under such situation, perform the stock posting through MB1B transaction giving 321 movement. I am sure stock will get posted to unrestricted.

Hi Santosh,

Different means what? Of different material code or of the same material code but different lot number?

What is the status of lot? It must be ending with either SPST or SPRQ. If yes, then post the stock against this lot even if this is different lot. In fact QVM2 gives us the correct lot against which stock is not yet posted.

Kindly let us know if you face any problem further.

Anand Rao

Hi Santosh, Yes no problem. You can post.

You have now identified the correct lot.

Select this lot and click on execute button. Then go to stock posting tab and post the remaining quantity to unrestricted use.

Itu2019s absolutely correct to post the stock against this lot.

In fact we can say earlier selected lot was incorrect as it was not having status ending with SPRQ or SPST. I explain this to you.

For material XYZ, 5 inspection lots are created containing 20 Qyt each (say lot numbers are 1,2,3,4 and 5). When you look at MMBE, you will see that quantity 100 is lying in quality inspection which is the sum of all lots quantities.

Now one by one you go on posting stock to unrestricted and giving UD. Accidently you gave UD for lot number 3 without posting the stock. Now system will show 20 Qty in quality inspection in MMBE. Here the first task to identify the correct lot against which we did not carry out stock posting. In order to identify this correct lot number against which stock posting was not done, we execute QVM2 transaction. Here lot number 3 has status SPRQ i.e. stock posting required. If you try to post the stock against lot other than 3, system will definitely throw error because it was already posted.

Hence the output of QVM2 always gives the correct lot against which stock posting is not done.

Hello Santosh,

What is the system status of inspection lot? Whether it contains the word u201CCRTDu201D.

If yes then first you have convert the CRTD status to REL status mode. Then only you can post the stock against that lot. Kindly refer this [Link|http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/PLM/InspectionlotswithCRTDstatus-Causesand+Remedies] for converting CRTD to REL mode.

Hi Santosh,

No problem at all!

I try to explain you this.

1. Since you have now converted the lot to REL mode, I hope inspection plan must be assigned to this lot.

2. If you want to record the results first of all go to QE01 transaction

3. Input the inspection lot number and operation as 0010, then press enter

4. The screen for recording results will be opened. Record the results there.

5. Save

Remember inspection result recording is not mandatory. But it is advisable to record it every time.

After recording inspection results go to QVM2

1. Select the lot and press F8

2. Go to inspection lot stock.

3. Post the entire qty to unrestricted stock

4. Click on defects tab again and give UD

5. Save

Anand

looking at the status its suggest that ,lot having status UD ICCO PRII STUP is not stock relevent.

There must be any lot with SPST or SPRQ status.
