Background in LOGO comes different

Hi All,

I am using 4.6c server. I am creating one smatform for PO to be displayed.Here, using SE78 i imported the logo.if i see the preview here it comes as such as expected. But, after uploading it in smartforms when i see it in print preview the background alone comes in grey.But I need it in original white background color.Can anyone help me in this issue?

Hi,

This problem is because you uploaded a graphic with more than 256 colors. SAP can only handle 256 colors so the graphic is converted and some information gets lost. If you convert the grpahic to 256 colors in a graphic program and then upload it to SAP, it will look correct.
