PDS cif error "Resource XYZ does not exist"

Hi,

I am trying to CIF PDS (production data structure) from ECC to SCM.

All materials, BOMs, Recepies, Resources,Plant everything is already in SCM.

While activating the IM for the PDS i am geting the message "Resource 10004813" does not exist.

Here the point is we don't have any resource with this name in ECC as well.

Also i have already transferred all the resources related to SKU and plant to SCM.

Could you please guide me about any other configuration to be done while doing CIF of PDS?

Till now we were using only PPMs and first time we are trying to CIF PDS .

We are at SCM 7.0.

Hi,

Actually system is referring the capacity ID of the resource.

Check in CRHD,KAKO for the corresponding capacity ID the resource name.

check in APO whether resource already exists.Do a resource consistency check in APO.

Hi Mukesh ,

Copy the Resource ID and check the same in CRHD table.You can get the work center from here.

Check whether the IM is active for work center or not.If not run IM(CFM1 and then CFM2) for WC and see RESOURCE is created in APO.You can check the same /SAPAPO/RES01 - Change Resources .
