Tracing process chain removal from Schedule

Dear all,

Got couple of questions in removal of process chain from schedule.

1. Is there any way to trace who has removed a process chain from schedule? Since this is critical for a Production support, are there any ways to find it?

2. Do the scheduling info of a process chain get registered as logs anywhere? like when it was descheduled for a particular time frame?

Thank you | Yoga

Hi....

1. Is there any way to trace who has removed a process chain from schedule? Since this is critical for a Production support, are there any ways to find it?

No, you can't trace that......because to remove a chain from scheduling either in the Planning view you have to go the tab Execution --> then Remove from Schedule.......or you have to delete the release job of the start process.....

In both the cases it will not get recorded in any table....

RSPCPROCESSLOG will show you only the Logs for the Chain Runs....when it got executed....

2. Do the scheduling info of a process chain get registered as logs anywhere? like when it was descheduled for a particular time frame?

No......there is no scheduling log......there is only execution Log...

Hi,

To answer second part of your question, we have following log tables:

RSPCLOGCHAIN: This table gives the information about process chain scheduling. and we will have unique log ID for each scheduling.

RSPCPROCESSLOG: This table gives the information about scheduling of each step of a process chain for particular log ID.

RSPCLOGS: Application logs for a process chain.
